Flour and Feed Mill Manager

We have two fantastic opportunities based in Abu Dhabi working for a leading flour and feed manufacturing unit as their Flour Mill or Feed Mill Managers.
As the Mill Manager, your key responsibilities will be to ensure the production and delivery of feed or flour in the most efficient and economical manner and prepare, submit and administer a control budget to contribute to the profitability of the company.
You will oversee matters pertaining to mill personnel including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, hiring, safety awareness, training and union issues as well as implement and insure compliance with disease prevention and product quality control programs and investigate and plan for new methods that would reduce costs in relation to equipment, energy, and manpower.
You will have a BA/BSc Degree and five years experience managing a feed mill operation within a developed market and demonstrate experience managing all aspects of personnel and budgets.
You must have strong technical abilities including strong computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
